Chia seeds help your body recover from illness twice as fast.  The almond milk is a healthy fat.  Banana boost memory and berries are antioxidant-rich

Ingredients:
½ cup chamomile tea
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 cups mixed berries

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender (solids first)
Blend to desired consistency
