Bumped Up Antioxidant Rich Oatmeal

First Things First
Decide if you want steel-cut, rolled or instant oats. Then, following the cooking instructions get the correct ratio of oats and water ready.

  1. Bring the water to a boil
  2. Add a tea bag or two, and steep for a few minutes
  3. Remove the bags, stir in your oats, and heat for a few minutes
