Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon Blossom Water or vanilla extract
Sugar or sweetener of choice (add to taste)
Directions
Add all ingredients, mix well.
Divide into 2 serving glasses (bowls, etc)
Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
Sometimes I add frozen (or fresh) fruits and berries as seen in the pictures
