This recipe is from my cousin Hazar and I actually used half the ingredients just to try it out. Half the ingredients yielded two Sundae bowls and two dessert bowls of pudding so those are the amounts I listed below. Scroll down to see the original amounts given to me.
3.5 cups Water
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp Caraway (finely ground)
1/2 cup Sugar
Unsalted pistachios, slivered almonds, pine nuts for garnish
Mix all the ingredients in a pot
Bring to a boil while stirring.
Pour the mixture into small serving glasses or bowls and garnish with nuts.
In the pictures you can see that I topped mine with ground pistachio; it’s nicer with a chunkier nut mix but that is all a matter of taste and style.
