Advertising Terms & Conditions
☆ Banner designs are not the responsibility of Windsor Business Networks, WindsorBusinessNetworks.com or its staff.
☆ We will display banners as submitted without any alterations.
☆ We reserve the right to refuse or limit advertising space to any person/website/organization/or other establishments for any reason what-so-ever
☆ We link banners to your homepage eg: www.yourdomain.com – and will not redirect to any other pages. eg: www.yourdomain.com/subcategory unless previously agreed upon IN WRITING
☆ No affiliate links are accepted
☆ We do not accept java scripts, flash or other similar ad types
☆ Budget Savvy Advertising is minimum 3 months
☆ It is the advertisers responsibility to make sure the information and links submitted are accurate
☆ Requesting a change to the hyperlink on the ad will result in a twenty-five dollar charge, payable in advance
☆ Prices listed are monthly
☆ Ads are payable in advance in one lump sum
☆ Payment by eTransfer to WindsorBN(@)Gmail.com, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order to Windsor Business Networks
1. WBN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone requesting advertisement for:
1.1 Illegal purposes
1.2 Inappropriate or offensive purposes
1.3 Or any other purpose that does not follow our philosophy and Code of Ethics
2. WBN reserves the right to reject, remove or cancel any Ads, space reservation, position commitment or Digital Services at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion.
3. Web page links advertised at any of the WBN websites cannot be modified to contain:
3.1 Illegal material
3.2 Inappropriate or offensive material
3.3 Any other material that does not follow our philosophy and
Code of Ethics
4. WBN may make recommendations regarding the content of the advertisement to match the web site theme, however the Client shall make the final decision and approve the content of the advertisement.
5. All Ads and the content will be created using text, photographs, logos, content, trademarks, trade dress elements, and other intellectual property provided by advertiser or agency (“Advertising Materials”). By providing Advertising Materials to WBN, advertiser and, if provided by an agency, agency represent that it/they has the right to provide such Advertising Materials, and have the Publishing Party distribute, reproduce, display, and republish such Advertising Materials, without violating the rights of any third party. Advertising Materials must be provided in a form and format prescribed by WBN and within the deadlines prescribed by WBN. WBN shall have no liability for delays in performance, or failure to provide Ads or Digital Services, resulting from any delays caused by advertiser or agency, and WBN shall have no liability for the content of any Ads or Digital Services.
6. Advertising copy must be submitted prior to the WBN’s deadlines, as revised from time to time. WBN retains the right to revise its deadlines and to omit all late copy.
7. Unless otherwise specified in an Insertion Order, placement of Ads is in the sole discretion of WBN.
8. The Client’s Online Advertisement may include one or more of the following

9. The Client’s Online Advertisement may not include any of the following

pop overs

Client
1. The Client agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and to indemnify Windsor Business Networks, its officers, its Volunteers, its Staff, its Webmaster, its Affiliates and its Independent Contractors, from any claims, including attorney’s fees, resulting from the Client’s use of WBN’s services.
2. The Client understands, agrees and acknowledges that WBN is not responsible for maintaining a full time internet presence for the Client Online Advertisement on the website beyond what is specified on the Advertising Order.
3. The Client understands, agrees and acknowledges that WBN is not responsible for the sudden decrease in speed when accessing the web pages containing the Client’s Online Advertisement.
4. In the event that the cancellation of the online advertisement is deemed necessary by the Client, the Client shall notify WBN of this cancellation in writing as soon as possible. All fees are non-refundable.

We use this term interchangeably. It is the person or agent placing the advertising order.
