On Sunday, September 18, the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) is bringing back its hailed Arts Fair as a component of Open Streets.
Over 40 vendors will be on-site selling paintings, sculptures, glass works, and a myriad of other products lovingly made by hand. Families will be thrilled to participate in free events, including face painting, hands-on arts & crafts station, and spin art. A Zumba dance instructor will be on-site to conduct classes, and live entertainment will be performed by The Coffee House Combo.

The beloved family-friendly event will be located on Ouellette Avenue between Chatham and Park Streets, and on University Avenue between Victoria Avenue and Freedom Way.
“This event is always so eagerly embraced because it exposes the work of brilliantly talented artists,” says DWBIA spokesperson Pat Papadeas. “Art lovers and collectors enjoy having this opportunity to engage with one another.
“The Arts Fair is a reminder of the talent of such a diverse group of local artists, and we’re thrilled to be able to promote them.”
The Arts Fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendance is free and all are welcome.
