Water is a precious commodity that many of us take for granted. Each year on March 22nd, the United Nations has set aside this date to focus on this issue.
By the numbers
With 783 million people around the world who do not have access to clean water, over 2.5 million people without proper access to adequate sanitation facilities and 2.1 billion without clean drinking water, it’s easy to see why this is an important issue to address.
Take action
Wherever you are and whatever you do on March 22, make it about nature and water.
