Mashup Kaffe was the setting for this networking event, with food catered by Italia Bakery on Erie Street
Special thanks to Frances Soda, our guest speaker. Her presentation about De-Stressing for Success with a hands-on exercise to teach us how to quickly relieve stress was engaging with immediate positive results.
We were also joined by Jillian Parent who is a contestant for the 2014 Miss Universe Canada – Western Ontario Preliminary Competition who is currently looking for sponsors.
And mostly, thanks to all who braved the elements once again to join us.
