Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Cacao Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-5 Tbsp maple syrup  ( I usually skip this and may or may not add a little bit of Stevia instead)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt ( regular or kosher salt works too)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk or non-dairy alternative (I use Almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
