A sweet, spicy and warming tonic with a smooth earthy flavour. Golden Tonic is perfect for any time of day. It’s excellent for inflammation and digestion and has been used to relieve pain and protect the liver in traditional medicine.

To prepare, bring 10oz of a milk of your choice to a boil. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Tonic, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
